To remain competitive, businesses need high-achieving employees. Employers whose workers are experiencing difficulties navigating life because of the insecurity of their family members see the spillover in the workplace.

The result is lost days, declining work quality and rapid turnover. SOIC believes that improving the options for childcare will enhance opportunities for business expansion and growth and raise the standard of living for families in southwest Oklahoma.
